Mild, colorful watermelon radishes enliven this simple, sweet-tangy slaw seasoned with celery salt and garlic powder. If you were hoping for the fruit of the same name, you can slice some up and serve it alongside!


  • 1 teaspoon Simply Organic Celery Salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon Simply Organic Garlic Powder

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise or vegan mayo

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave nectar

  • 4 cups napa cabbage, thinly sliced

  • 2 cups watermelon radishes, grated with large grater (about 4 medium-sized radishes)

  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced


    1. In a small bowl, combine celery salt, garlic powder, mayo, apple cider vinegar and honey.

    2. Add cabbage, watermelon radishes and green onion. Stir to combine, then chill for at least 1 hour.
