Make succulent zesty ranch chicken and potatoes in a sheet pan served with a zesty ranch dipping sauce, all easily seasoned with our Zesty Ranch Sheet Pan Seasoning Mix, and on the table in a little over 30 minutes.

Ingredients
- For the Chicken & Potatoes:
- 1 packet Simply Organic® Zesty Ranch Sheet Pan Seasoning
- 1 pound chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
- 1 pound potatoes, cut into 1/2-3/4 inch cubes (3-4 cups)
- 2 tablespoons oil
- For the Zesty Ranch Dipping Sauce:
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Reserve 1 tablespoon Zesty Ranch Seasoning from packet for Zesty Ranch Dipping Sauce.
- In a bowl, toss chicken and potatoes with oil and seasoning.
- Bake on sheet pan for about 20 minutes, until center of chicken reaches 165°.
- Once chicken reaches 165°, remove chicken from pan. Check potatoes and bake 5-10 minutes more, if desired.
- Mix reserved Zesty Ranch Seasoning with mayonnaise and buttermilk, stirring to thoroughly combine. For spicier flavor, add hot sauce. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
