Air Fryer Umami Ginger Salmon and Broccoli

Make restaurant-worthy salmon and broccoli in an air fryer in about 15 minutes, served wtih a luscious umami ginger glaze — easily seasoned with our Umami Ginger Sheet Pan Seasoning Mix.

  • For the Salmon & Broccoli:
  • 1 packet Simply Organic® Umami Ginger Sheet Pan Seasoning Mix
  • 1 pound salmon, thawed
  • 4 cups broccoli florets, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • For the Honey Soy Glaze:
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (soy aminos are a good gluten-free alternative)
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha hot sauce (optional)


  1. Set 4-6 quart air fryer to 375°.
  2. Reserve 2 tsp. Umami Ginger Seasoning from packet for the Honey Soy Glaze.
  3. In a bowl, toss broccoli and salmon with oil and seasoning.
  4. Cook seasoned salmon and broccoli in air fryer for 5 minutes, per air fryer directions.
  5. Meanwhile, make the glaze: In a small bowl, mix reserved Sheet Pan Seasoning with honey and soy sauce. Slowly stir in cornstarch. (For spicier flavor, add hot sauce.)
  6. After 5 minutes of cooking, glaze the salmon and cook 5 minutes more, or until done to preference.
