Put these easily and expertly seasoned Mediterranean lemon sheet-pan shrimp and vegetables on your table in less than 30 minutes, served with a tangy yogurt and honey sauce.

  • For the Shrimp & Veggies:
  • 1 packet Simply Organic┬« Mediterranean Lemon Sheet Pan Seasoning Mix
  • 1 pound raw shrimp
  • 3-4 cups vegetables (we suggest 1 cup sliced red onion, 2 1/2 cups fresh green beans, 2 Tbsp. capers, 1/2 cup mixed olives, halved)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • For the Lemon-Herb Yogurt Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt or non-dairy alternative
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey


To Make the Srimp & Veggies:
  1. Preheat oven to 400┬░.
  2. Reserve 2 tsp. Mediterranean Lemon Seasoning from packet for the sauce.
  3. In a bowl, toss shrimp and veggies with oil and seasoning.
  4. Bake on sheet pan for 8 to 12 minutes, until shrimp is cooked through.
  5. While shrimp is cooking, make sauce and refrigerate until ready to serve.
To Make the Sauce:
  1. Mix reserved Mediterranean Lemon Seasoning with plain yogurt or alternative, and honey.
  2. Drizzle sauce over meal.
