Ingredients

1 teaspoon
SO Garlic powder org -
1 teaspoon
SO Paprika Ground Organic -
1 teaspoon
SO Turmeric ground org -
2 tablespoons
SO Nutritional Yeast Org -
8 ounces extra-firm tofu, crumbled

1 tablespoon olive oil, and 1 teaspoon for the sauce

1/4 red onion, coarsely chopped

1/2 red pepper, coarsely chopped
-
2 cups kale pieces, torn and destemmed

2 tablespoons tamari
-
2 tablespoons water
Directions
1. Pat tofu dry and drain moisture by pressing tofu under a heavy plate or skillet for 10 to 15 minutes.
2. While tofu drains, prepare sauce whisk together tamari, water, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, turmeric and nutritional yeast until well blended.
3. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the 1 tablespoon olive oil. Sauté peppers and onions until translucent.
4. Add tofu and sauce and sauté until well mixed and tofu is a bright yellow color.
5. Add kale and sauté until bright green.
6. Serve immediately.
