Simply Organic Korean BBQ Simmer Sauce 8 fl. oz.
8 fl. oz.Succulent, dark brown and richly flavored, this Korean BBQ Simmer Sauce perfectly balances sweet, savory and spicy for impressive flavor, made at home. With real toasty flavor notes, ginger-garlic undertones and a touch of heat, this simmer sauce makes serious Korean BBQ 20-minute-easy. Serve with lettuce for wrapping.
Popular in Korea and worldwide, Korean BBQ restaurants feature mouth-wateringly delicious cuts of meat grilled directly at the table. The most popular type of Korean BBQ is bulgogi, meaning "fire meat." Thin-sliced beef is the most common, but this dish can also be made with chicken, pork or vegetarian options like shiitake mushrooms or tofu. There's plenty of room for creativity: pair the smoky flavor with crisp, fresh veggies for spring rolls, or use leftovers (what leftovers?) to top bulgogi pizza or bibimbap.
