Directions

Whisk packet contents with 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar, 2/3 cup olive oil and 1/3 cup water. Let stand 1 hour. Serve or refrigerate.

Suggested Uses

For a Tuscan Bread Salad, mix prepared dressing with 4 large wedged tomatoes, 1/2 lb stale Italian cubed bread, 1 cup thinly sliced red onion, and 1 bunch fresh basil (optional). Toss and let stand 30 minutes at room temperature. Toss again and serve.
