Ingredients
- For the Dip:
- 12 ounces feta cheese
- 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons olive oil, plus more for topping
- 2 tablespoons honey, plus more for topping
- 1 teaspoon Simply OrganicĀ® Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Simply OrganicĀ® Onion Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Simply OrganicĀ® Parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon Simply OrganicĀ® Black Pepper
- For the Topping:
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
- 1/4 cup pomegranate arils
- Fresh mint (optional)
Directions
- Into a food processor, add feta, Greek yogurt, olive oil, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley and black pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed.
- Spoon into a shallow serving bowl and spread evenly. Drizzle with more olive oil and honey, then top with pistachios, pomegranates and mint.
