A unique vegetarian gravy recipe that marries the flavors of apple juice, mushroom, cinnamon, allspice, cloves and ginger. Creamy and sweet, it's delicious with mashed potatoes, stuffing, turkey, pork chops and more!

  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 package Simply Organic® Mushroom Sauce Mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon Simply Organic® Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Simply Organic® Allspice
  • 1/8 teaspoon Simply Organic® Ground Cloves
  • 1/8 teaspoon Simply Organic® Ground Ginger


  1. In a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat, combine apple juice, water and sauce mix. Whisk until well blended.
  2. As the mixture comes to a simmer, add cinnamon, allspice, clove and ginger. Cook, stirring constantly, until desired thickness is achieved. Serve warm.
