Slow Cooker White Chicken Chili

This slow cooker chili only takes about 10 minutes of hands-on work! Throw everything into your slow cooker, head to work, and come home to a delicious, creamy chili with shredded chicken, white beans and green chilies. We make the seasoning simple with Simply OrganicĀ® Mild Taco Seasoning Mix.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 packet Simply OrganicĀ® Mild Taco Seasoning Mix
- 1 can (4 ounces) diced green chilies
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 2 cans (15 ounces each) white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 1/2 cups frozen corn
- 2 cups chicken broth
- Juice from 1 lime
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Directions
- Into a slow cooker, add the chicken breasts, seasoning mix, chilies, onion, beans, corn, chicken broth and lime juice, and gently stir. Cook on high for 4 to 6 hours or low for 6 to 8 hours.
- Remove chicken from cooker and shred with two forks.
- Add cream cheese and heavy cream into cooker and stir for 1 to 2 minutes until creamy and fully incorporated.
- Add shredded chicken back into cooker. Stir well to heat chicken through, and serve hot with toppings of your choice. We suggest avocado, sour cream and fresh cilantro.
