These patriotic popsicles have no added sugar — just the natural sweetness of berries, made richer with our pure Madagascar vanilla extract. Cool, creamy and dairy free. They're perfect for celebrating Independence Day, and great for cooling off any day this summer!

Ingredients
- For the Red Layer:
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen cherries
- ½ cup water
- 1 teaspoon Simply Organic® Pure Madagascar Vanilla Extract
- For the White Layer:
- 1 can (15 ounces) full-fat coconut milk
- ¼ cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 teaspoon Simply Organic® Pure Madagascar Vanilla Extract
- For the Blue Layer:
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- ½ cup coconut-milk yogurt or other dairy-free yogurt alternative
- 1 teaspoon Simply Organic® Pure Madagascar Vanilla Extract
Directions
- In a blender, add strawberries, cherries, water and vanilla, and blend until smooth.
- Divide evenly into 12 popsicle molds, filling â…“ of the way up. Freeze for 1 hour, or until set.
- Rinse blender container; add coconut milk, lime juice and vanilla, and blend until smooth.
- Remove popsicle molds from freezer and pour in white layer mixture, filling â…“ of the way. Place popsicle sticks in the center of each mold. Freeze for 1 hour, or until set.
- In blender, add blueberries, dairy-free yogurt and vanilla, and blend until smooth.
- Fill popsicle molds the rest of the way, then freeze for 2 to 3 hours, until completely set.
