Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 packet Simply Organic® Butter Chicken North Indian Style Seasoning Mix
- 1 1/2 cups half and half
- 2 ounces tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/4 teaspoon cornstarch
- 6 tablespoons butter
Directions
- In a medium bowl, toss chicken with 1 tablespoon seasoning mix.
- Cook chicken. For air fryer cooking: Place on air fryer pan and cook at 350° for about 12 minutes, until center of chicken reaches 165°. For oven cooking: Place on a sheet pan or baking dish and cook for about 15 minutes, until center of chicken reaches 165°.
- In a medium saucepan, whisk together half and half, water, remaining seasoning, tomato paste, and cornstarch. Add butter and bring to a simmer on medium-low heat.
- Add cooked chicken and simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Serve over rice or with naan. Enjoy!
