Bright, tangy, and herb-packed, this chicken salad gets a briny punch from plenty of dill pickles, and is quick and easy with rotisserie chicken. It’s great in wraps, sandwiches, or for eating with sliced vegetables and crackers.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon dill pickle juice
- 1 teaspoon Simply Organic® Dill Weed
- 1/2 teaspoon Simply Organic® Parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon Simply Organic® Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Simply Organic® Onion Powder
- Sea or Himalayan pink salt, to taste
- Simply Organic® Black Pepper, to taste
- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1/2 cup finely chopped dill pickles
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, pickle juice, dill, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper until smooth.
- Add shredded chicken and chopped pickles, and stir until well combined.
- Serve on a sandwich, in a lettuce wrap, or with fresh sliced vegetables or crackers.
