Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, about 7 ounces each
- 2 tablespoons Simply OrganicĀ® Nashville Hot Rotisserie Style Seasoning
- Oil for coating (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Pat dry chicken breasts with a paper towel and spray or spread with a light coating of oil, if desired (this will help seasoning adhere to chicken and may help seal in juices).
- Evenly coat both sides of breasts with seasoning, about 1 tablespoon per breast.
- Place on a sheet or shallow roasting pan and cook for 30 minutes or until thickest part reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
