Ingredients
- For the Shrimp:
- 1 teaspoon Simply Organic® Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Simply Organic® Onion Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Simply Organic® Oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon Simply Organic® Cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon Simply Organic® Cayenne Pepper (adjust for desired heat level)
- Sea or Himalayan pint salt, to taste
- Simply Organic® Black Pepper, to taste
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- For the Salad:
- 1/4 red onion, finely diced (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 large mango, diced
- 2 avocados, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- Sea or Himalayan pint salt, to taste
- Simply Organic Black Pepper, to taste
Directions
- In a small bowl, add garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, cumin, cayenne, salt, and black pepper, and mix to combine. Pat shrimp dry with a paper towel, and season both sides evenly with spice mixture.
- In a large sauté pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shrimp, cook for 1 to 2 minutes on one side, flip, and repeat on other side. When shrimp are opaque and fully cooked through, remove from heat and let cool completely.
- In a large bowl, toss cooked shrimp, red onion, mango, avocados, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and black pepper, and stir until mixed.
- Serve in a wrap, lettuce cups, or with chips!
