Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 pound raw shrimp, thawed, shelled and deveined
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 teaspoons Simply Organic® Black Pepper Medium Grind
- 1/2 tablespoon Simply Organic® Spice Right Garlic & Herb
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Cut butter into tablespoons and place in a baking dish. While the oven preheats, place the dish in the oven to melt the butter.
- Under cold water, rinse shrimp, then pat dry with a paper towel.
- When the butter is melted, add shrimp to the baking dish. Sprinkle with kosher salt, black pepper and garlic herb seasoning.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve with lemon wedges.
