Pick your favorite summer berries, then toss them in an easy citrus dressing featuring cinnamon, cardamom and pure vanilla extract.

Ingredients
- 3/4 teaspoon Simply Organic Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Simply Organic Cardamom
- 1 teaspoon Simply Organic Pure Vanilla Extract
- 5 cups fresh summer berries (such as blackberries, blueberries, halved strawberries, raspberries)
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup orange juice
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine the orange juice, cinnamon, cardamom and vanilla extract.
- In a large bowl, gently combine the berries, mint leaves and dressing.
- Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- This is delicious served over ice cream or yogurt!
