A trio of Simply Organic spices fuse together to create an easy curried cauliflower steak grill reminiscent of India’s luscious Aloo Gobi. Simply toss, skewer, grill and enjoy.

Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon Simply Organic® Ground Ginger
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into large florets
- 1/2 teaspoon Simply Organic® Garlic Powder
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into squares
- 1 red onion, cut into wedges
- 6 skewers
- Spinach, for serving
- Grilled naan, for serving
- 3 teaspoons Simply Organic® Curry Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Heat the grill.
- In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, curry powder, ginger, garlic and salt. Add cauliflower florets and toss until they are well covered.
- Thread cauliflower florets, yellow bell pepper and red onion onto skewers. Grill skewers for 6 to 7 minutes on each side.
- Serve with spinach and grilled naan.
