Homemade Burger & Steak Seasoning
An all-around useful and unique seasoning with depth and flair. Sprinkle onto burgers as they grill or mix in before forming patties. Use as a dry rub on steaks before grilling.

- ¼ cup kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon Simply Organic® Dill Weed
- ¼ cup Simply Organic® Cumin
- ¼ cup Simply Organic® Garlic Powder
- ¼ cup Simply Organic® Paprika
- 1 tablespoon Simply Organic® Chili Powder
- 2 tablespoons Simply Organic® Basil
- 2 tablespoons Simply Organic® Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Simply Organic® Parsley
- Chef Tip:
- For an additional flavor dimension, add 1 teaspoon celery seed.
- In a small bowl, add all ingredients and stir to mix well.
- Place in a glass storage container with a tight-fitting lid until use.
