Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef or plant-based alternative
- 1 packet Simply OrganicĀ® Mild Chili Seasoning Mix
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 can (15 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (15 ounces) pinto or kidney beans, drained
- 1/2 cup water
Directions
- In a saucepan, cook ground beef or filling of choice, stirring occasionally. Drain pan if desired.
- Stir in seasoning mix and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, beans, and water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
