Ingredients
- 1 cup baby yellow potatoes, cut in half
- 1 cup carrots, diagonal-sliced into 1-inch pieces
- 1 teaspoon olive or avocado oil
- 1 teaspoon water
- 2 teaspoons Simply Organic® Garlic Herb Culinary Crisp
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 325 degrees.
- In a mixing bowl, toss together potatoes and carrots with olive oil, water, and garlic herb culinary crisp until evenly coated.
- Transfer vegetables to pre-heated air fryer basket. Air fry for 15 minutes, or until vegetables are golden brown around the edges and fork tender. Enjoy warm!
