Ingredients
- 12 slider rolls, sliced in half
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted, divided
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 8 ounces deli ham
- 8 ounces Swiss cheese
- 2 tablespoons Simply Organic® Everything Jalapeño Blend
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease a 9-x-9-inch pan and place bottom of slider buns in pan.
- Melt 3 tablespoons butter, then whisk in Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
- Using a pastry brush, coat insides of top and bottom slider buns with Dijon mixture.
- Across the bottom buns, layer half of the ham, then the Swiss cheese, then remaining ham. Place top buns over filling.
- In a small dish, combine remaining 3 tablespoons butter, melted, and the Everything Jalapeño Blend.
- Using a pastry brush, coat the tops of the sliders liberally.
- Place in oven and bake for 15 minutes.
- Substitute your favorite deli meats and cheeses. Turkey and smoked gouda are great for this!
