Great for a party or a quick grab-and-go lunch, these sliders will satisfy everyone who enjoys a hint of heat.

Makes 12 sliders.

Ingredients

  • 12 slider rolls, sliced in half
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted, divided
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 ounces deli ham
  • 8 ounces Swiss cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Simply Organic® Everything Jalapeño Blend

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease a 9-x-9-inch pan and place bottom of slider buns in pan.
  3. Melt 3 tablespoons butter, then whisk in Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Using a pastry brush, coat insides of top and bottom slider buns with Dijon mixture.
  5. Across the bottom buns, layer half of the ham, then the Swiss cheese, then remaining ham. Place top buns over filling.
  6. In a small dish, combine remaining 3 tablespoons butter, melted, and the Everything Jalapeño Blend.
  7. Using a pastry brush, coat the tops of the sliders liberally.
  8. Place in oven and bake for 15 minutes.
 
RECIPE TIP
  1. Substitute your favorite deli meats and cheeses. Turkey and smoked gouda are great for this!
