Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup water
- 1 can (15.5 ounces) Great Northern or cannellini beans, undrained
- 1 packet Simply Organic® White Chicken Chili Seasoning Mix
- 1 can (4 ounces) diced green chilies (optional)
Directions
- In a medium-sized pot on medium-high heat, add oil. Add ground chicken and cook, stirring, for 5 to 7 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
- Add water, undrained beans, seasoning mix, and green chilies, if using.
- Mix well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, or until desired consistency is reached. Ladle into bowls and top with your favorite garnishes.
