Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon (or more, to taste) Simply OrganicĀ® Lemon Pepper Rotisserie Style Seasoning
- Oil for coating (optional)
Directions
- Pat chicken breasts dry with a paper towel. Spray or brush both sides with a light coating of oil, if desired (this will help seasoning adhere to chicken and can help seal in juices).
- Evenly coat both sides of breasts with seasoning (about 1/2 tablespoon each breast).
- Place chicken in air fryer and set to 375 degrees.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flip over, and cook for an additional 10 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Serve, and enjoy!
