Ingredients
- 2 chicken leg quarters, skin on
- 1 tablespoon Simply OrganicĀ® Jerk Rotisserie Style Seasoning
- Oil for coating (optional)
Directions
- Pat dry leg quarters with a paper towel and spray or spread skin with a light coating of oil, if desired (this will help seasoning adhere to chicken, and can help seal in juices and make for crispier skin).
- Evenly coat both sides of each leg quarter with seasoning (about 1Ā½ teaspoons each piece).
- Place leg quarters in air fryer skin side down and set to 375 degrees.
- Cook for 12 minutes, flip over, and cook for an additional 12 minutes. Be sure chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees before serving.
