This spiced cold brew latte is a refreshing, dairy-free way to enjoy a boost of caffeine. Slightly sweet and perfectly spiced with hints of cardamom and cinnamon, it makes a great afternoon pick me up.

Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- Ice
- 1/4 teaspoon Simply Organic® Cardamom
- 1/2 teaspoon Simply Organic® Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Simply Organic® Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup cold brew concentrate
Directions
- Simmer mixture for 5 minutes, turn off heat and let cool to room temperature.
- Fill two glasses with ice.
- Pour cold brew concentrate evenly into the two glasses, then top with milk mixture and enjoy!
- In a small sauce pot, combine almond milk, water, cardamom, cinnamon, vanilla and maple syrup, and bring to a low simmer.
