Bringing the “Big Easy” to everyday pasta salad, this dish is a hit with robust flavors, a little spice and a creamy texture that will keep you coming back for more.

  1. Cook noodles as directed on the box. Drain, let cool and refrigerate in a 6-quart bowl until ready to assemble pasta salad.
  2. Chill for a minimum of 30 minutes before serving.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, hot sauce, lemon juice, parsley, green onion and Cajun Dry Rub.
  4. Remove chilled pasta from refrigerator and add red bell pepper, carrot, celery and red onion, stirring gently to combine. Add Cajun mayonnaise mixture and stir until well coated.
Recipe Tips:
  1. Add cooked and chilled shrimp or chicken to salad for extra protein.
  2. For even fresher taste when using Simply Organic® Parsley, soak the leaves in a little ice water for 5 to 10 minutes, then drain, before using.
