

Chili Lime Baked Chicken Wings

These Chili Lime Chicken Wings are easily seasoned with Simply OrganicĀ® Chili Seasoning Mix and baked until golden brown, then tossed in a simple chili lime glaze. Theyāre crispy, slightly smoky, and have the perfect balance of sweet and spicy.

Ingredients
- For the wings:
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 2½ tablespoons Simply Organic® Mild Chili Seasoning Mix
- For the chili lime glaze:
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Zest of 1 lime
- 1/2 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon Simply OrganicĀ® Mild Chili Seasoning Mix
- For garnish:
- Fresh cilantro, chopped
- Lime wedges
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Pat wings dry with paper towel.
- In a large bowl, toss wings with avocado oil and Chili Seasoning Mix.
- Place a wire rack over a baking sheet and place wings evenly, top side up, in a single layer on rack. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, until wings are golden brown and crispy.
- While wings bake, in a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, lime zest, sriracha and Chili Seasoning mix.
- When wings are done cooking, transfer them to a large mixing bowl, pour in chili lime glaze and toss to coat thoroughly. Garnish with chopped cilantro and lime wedges.
