Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 packet Simply OrganicĀ® Ranch Dip Mix, divided
- 1 cup sour cream
- 12 Hawaiian slider buns, sliced into tops and bottoms
- 1 pound sliced chicken deli meat
- 1/2 pound bacon, diced and cooked until crispy
- 10 slices Colby Jack cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly oil a 9-x-13-inch baking pan.
- In a small bowl, whisk together butter and half of the ranch dip mix.
- In a separate bowl, add sour cream and remaining ranch dip mix, and whisk to combine.
- Place bottom halves of Hawaiian buns in oiled baking pan. Brush liberally with ranch butter, reserving some for tops.
- Layer half of the cheese slices on top, then the chicken. Spoon about Ā¼ cup sour cream ranch mixture over chicken, then top with bacon. Top with remaining cheese slices, then place tops of buns over cheese. Reserve remaining sour cream ranch mixture for dipping.
- Brush slider tops with more ranch butter. Cover with aluminum foil, place in oven and bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes, until tops are golden brown and cheese is melty.
