Ingredients
- 1Ā½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet Simply OrganicĀ® Buffalo Dry Rub
- 1/4 cup Buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese
- 12 brioche slider rolls, sliced in half
- Optional: 2 tablespoons melted butter + 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a saucepan over medium-high heat, add chicken, buffalo dry rub, buffalo sauce, chicken broth and butter. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 12 to 15 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
- Using two forks, shred the chicken.
- Slice brioche slider rolls in half widthwise and place bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Top roll bottoms with chicken mixture, then cheese. Place top half of slider buns on top.
- Optional: Mix together melted butter and parsley and brush onto tops of buns.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until tops are golden brown and cheese is melted.
