Ingredients

  • For the Black Pepper Rim:
  • Lemon wedges
  • 1 tablespoon sea or Himalayan pink salt
  • 1 teaspoon Simply OrganicĀ® Medium Grind Black Pepper
  • For the Cocktail:
  • 3 cups tomato juice, chilled
  • 1 cup vodka, chilled
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Simply OrganicĀ® Medium Grind Black Pepper
  • Garnishes (suggested): celery, fresh dill sprigs, pickles, olives, cheese cubes

Directions

  1. To rim the cocktail glasses: On a shallow plate, combine salt and pepper. Rub a lemon wedge around one glass rim to moisten, then dip rim in mixture to coat. Repeat with remaining glasses.
  2. In a blender, combine tomato juice, vodka, lemon juice, horseradish, Worcestershire, hot sauce, and black pepper. Blend until combined.
  3. Fill glasses with ice, pour mixture into glasses and add garnishes before serving.
