1 sliced cucumber

1 cup boiling water

1/4 cup apple cider

1/3 cup Frontier Organic Cane Sugar
Directions
Place cucumber slices in a heat-resistant container with airtight lid (approximately 3 to 4 cups capacity). Pour water and vinegar over slices. Stir in sugar until dissolved. Add onions and seasonings. Stir and refrigerate overnight.
Pickles should stay fresh in refrigerator for 1 to 2 weeks.
