1/2 tablespoonSpice Right Garlic & Herb
1 pound raw shrimp, thawed, shelled and deveined
1/4 cup butter
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Cut butter into tablespoons and place in a baking dish. While the oven preheats, place the dish in the oven to melt the butter.
3. Under cold water, rinse shrimp, then pat dry with a paper towel.
4. When the butter is melted, add shrimp to the baking dish. Sprinkle with kosher salt, black pepper and garlic herb seasoning.
5. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve with lemon wedges.
