Pick your favorite summer berries, then toss them in an easy citrus dressing featuring cinnamon, cardamom and pure vanilla extract.



    1. In a small bowl, combine the orange juice, cinnamon, cardamom and vanilla extract.

    2. In a large bowl, gently combine the berries, mint leaves and dressing.

    3. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
