Ingredients

SO Black Pepper med org -
1/4 cup diced celery

1/4 cup diced red bell pepper

1/4 cup diced carrot

1 teaspoon minced fresh parsley

1 cup plain yogurt

3 cups shredded cooked chicken

4 whole wheat pita pocket halves
Directions
1. In a large bowl, combine yogurt and Simply Organic Ranch Dip Mix. Stir until smooth.
2. To the same bowl, add the shredded chicken, celery, red pepper, carrot, parsley and black pepper. Stir to combine and refrigerate until ready to serve.
3. To serve, spoon chicken salad into each of the pita pockets.
