Mediterranean Herb Chicken

1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
1. Combine Dip Mix, olive oil, and vinegar in a gallon-size resealable plastic bag. Add chicken and toss to evenly coat. Allow to marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour.
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
3. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until chicken reaches internal temperature of 165 degrees.
To heighten the Greek experience, serve with a side salad topped with our Mediterranean Herb Dressing and our Sweet Potato Herb Biscuits.
