1 package Simply Organic Onion Chive Dip
1/4 cup olive oil
2 pounds baking potatoes, sliced into long wedges
1. Preheat over to 425 degrees. In a large bowl, combine contents of seasoning packet and olive oil. Add potatoes and toss to coat.
2. Onto a 13x9-inch pan, spread potatoes in an even layer.
3. Bake uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown. Serve hot.
Garnish by adding onion chives sliced at an angle, optional.
