1 packageSO Onion Chive Dip
1/4 cup olive oil
2 pounds baking potatoes, sliced into long wedges
1. Preheat over to 425 degrees. In a large bowl, combine contents of seasoning packet and olive oil. Add potatoes and toss to coat.
2. Onto a 13x9-inch pan, spread potatoes in an even layer.
3. Bake uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown. Serve hot.
