6 cups milk
10 ounces chopped dark chocolate
1/4 teaspoon Simply Organic Cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon Simply Organic Cayenne
4 ounces añejo (aged) tequila
4 Simply Organic Cinnamon Sticks
1. In a saucepan, heat milk just to boiling, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon to avoid scorching.
2. In a medium-sized heat-proof bowl, combine chocolate and hot milk. Stir until smooth and completely melted. Stir in cinnamon in cayenne.
3. Add tequila, stir, and portion into serving mugs.
4. Add a cinnamon stick to each mug and serve.
This recipe is delicious without the alcohol, too. Simply omit if desired.
