A staple Thanksgiving side dish, stuffing pairs well with almost any dish. Try this homemade take on stuffing that's packed full of hearty veggies, bread cubes and broth powder for an exquisite take on familiar fare.  



    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

    In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except water. Add water slowly and mix well. Spread mix in shallow ungreased 2-quart casserole dish.

    Bake, covered, for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and fluff with fork. Serve immediately.

    Substitute other vegetables, such as mushrooms, for the carrots.
