2 cups bread cubes
1/4 cup shredded carrots
1/8 cup finely diced celery
2 teaspoons broth powder
1 teaspoon Simply Organic Vegetable Grilling Seasons
1 cup water
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except water. Add water slowly and mix well. Spread mixture evenly into a shallow, ungreased 2-quart casserole dish.
3. Bake, covered, for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and use a fork to fluff. Serve immediately.
For a different take, try adding or substituting other vegetables, like mushrooms.
