4 medium ripe bananas, sliced and frozen 4 hours or overnight
1 tablespoon almond (or other non-dairy) milk
1/2 teaspoonSimply Organic Ground Ceylon Cinnamon
1 teaspoonSimply Organic Pure Vanilla Extract (2 oz. bottle)
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
1. In a food processor, combine frozen bananas, milk, cinnamon and vanilla. Blend until smooth. If bananas don't puree well, add a little more almond milk and continue to process.
2. Add chocolate chips and pulse until chopped.
3. Serve immediately.
