SO Smoked Paprika Org -
2 slices whole-grain bread

1 avocado

2 radishes, thinly sliced

1/4 cup thinly sliced cucumber

1 dash pink Himalayan salt, or to taste
Directions
1. In a toaster or toaster oven, toast bread to preferred doneness.
2. Mash avocado and spread equal amounts on both slices of bread.
3. Top with sliced radishes and cucumber. Sprinkle ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika on each slice. Add salt to taste and enjoy.
NUTRITION FACT NOTE
The sodium content was calculated using 1/8 teaspoon fine-grind pink Himalayan salt. (You will likely use less.)
