Avocado Toast with Smoked Paprika

Engulf your avocado toast in smoky flavor with a flash of heat from radish and smoked paprika. Tempered with cooling cucumber and avocado — no worries.


  • 2 slices whole-grain bread

  • 1 avocado

  • 2 radishes, thinly sliced

  • 1/4 cup cucumber, thinly sliced

  • 1/2 teaspoon Simply Organic Smoked Paprika

  • 1 dash pink Himalayan salt, or to taste


    1. In a toaster or toaster oven, toast bread to preferred doneness.

    2. Mash avocado and spread equal amounts on both slices of bread.

    3. Top with sliced radishes and cucumber. Sprinkle ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika on each slice. Add salt to taste and enjoy.
