Ingredients

1 teaspoon
SO Garlic powder org -
1 teaspoon
SO Cumin ground organic -
1 cup diced red onion

1 medium-sized jalapeño or serrano pepper, diced (for less heat, remove ribs and seeds)

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

1 teaspoon fleur de sel salt

4 large heirloom tomatoes, diced

3 tomatillos, diced
-
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
Directions
1. In a large bowl, combine onion, jalapeño, lime juice and fleur de sel. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
2. Add tomatoes, tomatillos, cilantro, garlic powder and cumin. Let sit another 10 minutes, then serve.
Recipe Tip
Sea or pink Himalayan salt may be used in place of the fleur de sel, but will change the flavor profile slightly.
