SO Mulling Spice -
1/2 teaspoon
SO Vietnamese Cinnamon -
8 cups apple juice

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 teaspoon Frontier Organic Cane Sugar
Directions
1. Pour Mulling Spice packet contents and apple cider into a saucepan and simmer for 10 to 20 minutes for desired temperature and taste.
2. Strain spices.
3. Pour into cups.
4. Combine whipping cream, cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl.
5. Using an electric mixer or whisk, whip for two to three minutes or until cream has turned thick and fluffy.
6. Serve whipped cream over mulled cider.
For an adult version, stir 4 shots of apple liqueur or brandy into the pot before straining and serving.
