1 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon Simply Organic Chipotle Powder
3/4 teaspoon Simply Organic Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Simply Organic Onion Powder
2 pounds chicken breast, cut into pieces
1 red bell pepper, cut into squares
1 green bell pepper, cut into squares
1 red onion, cut into wedges
1. Heat grill.
2. In a small mixing bowl, combine ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, chipotle powder, garlic powder and onion powder. Stir until well blended.
3. Onto skewers, thread chicken, red bell pepper, green bell pepper and red onion. Brush all sides of chicken and vegetables with a heavy coat of sauce, reserving a small amount for after grilling and for serving.
4. Grill skewers for 7 to 8 minutes on each side, until chicken is cooked through. Brush with sauce and serve with remaining sauce on the side.
