Ingredients

1 pinch
Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground -
1 pinch
Simply Organic Ground Nutmeg -
1 cup yogurt (full fat or non-fat, your preference)

1 cup milk (full fat or non-fat, your preference)

1 cup (packed) pitted Medjool dates (about 9 ounces)

2 cups ice cubes
Directions
1. Puree yogurt, milk, dates, and vanilla flavoring in blender until smooth.
2. Add ice cubes; puree until mixture is thick and smooth. Divide between 2 large glasses and serve.
Can be prepared up to 3 days in advance and kept sealed in the refrigerator.
