Grilled Curried Cauliflower Steak Skewers

A trio of Simply Organic® spices fuse together to create an easy curried cauliflower steak grill reminiscent of India’s luscious Aloo Gobi. Simply toss, skewer, grill and enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 3 teaspoons

    SO Curry Powder Organic
  • 1/2 teaspoon

    SO Ginger ground organic
  • 1/2 teaspoon

    SO Garlic powder org
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 lemon, juiced

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into large florets

  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into squares

  • 1 red onion, cut into wedges

  • 6 skewers

  • Spinach, for serving

  • Grilled naan, for serving

Directions

    1. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, curry powder, ginger, garlic and salt. Add cauliflower florets and toss until they are well covered.

    2. Heat the grill.

    3. Thread cauliflower florets, yellow bell pepper and red onion onto skewers. Grill skewers for 6 to 7 minutes on each side.

    4. Serve with spinach and grilled naan.
