Organic Cane Sugar, Sea Salt, Organic Tamari Powder (Organic Soybeans, Organic Maltodextrin, Salt), Organic Garlic, Organic Onion, Organic Orange Peel, Organic Vinegar Powder (Organic Maltodextrin, Organic White Distilled Vinegar Powder), Organic Ginger, Organic Cocoa Powder (processed with alkali), Organic Rice Concentrate. Contains: Soy.
Directions Mix packet contents with 1/4 cup neutral oil (sunflower, canola, vegetable, etc.) and 1/4 cup water. Place 1 1/2 lbs. salmon in a single layer in a sealable dish or resealable bag. Pour marinade over salmon. If in a dish, flip to coat on all sides. If in a bag, seal bag and massage gently but thoroughly to coat. Marinate for 30 minutes (or no longer than 1 hour). Grill skin-side down for 4-6 minutes, flip and grill 4-6 minutes more or until internal temperature reaches 145°.
Suggested Uses Substitute salmon with sliced tempeh; marinate, then grill for 3 minutes per side. UPC 089836157775
