How to Prepare Korean BBQ

Ingredients

2 tablespoons sunflower oil

1½ pounds steak, thinly sliced

1 head butter or green lettuce

1 pouch Simply Organic Korean BBQ Simmer Sauce


Directions
  1. In a heavy skillet or grill pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add thinly sliced steak and sear until browned. Reduce heat to medium.
  2. Add Simmer Sauce and stir to coat the meat. Allow sauce to thicken slightly, then remove from heat.
  3. Serve on a bed of fresh lettuce for wrapping.
