Directions
- In a saucepan over low heat, whisk together 1 egg, packet contents, and 1 cup milk.
- Bring mixture to a slow boil while whisking.
- Add 4 Tbsp. butter while continuing to whisk, then serve.
Suggested Uses
- Pour over sweet ptoato and egg breakfast hash.
- Use Hollandaise on roasted broccoli, cauliflower, or asparagus.
- Substitute Hollandaise for gravy on poutine.
- Use as a warm dipping sauce.
- Swtich up your Eggs Benedict with crab, turkey, or pulled pork, then top with Hollandaise.
