Directions

1. In a small bowl, add packet contents and 1 1/2 cups plant-based milk, unsweetened, unflavored. Whisk for 30 seconds; set aside.
2. In a small saucepan, melt 2 Tbsp. butter over medium-low heat.
3. Once melted, add milk mixture and whisk until comtined.
4. Cook on medium-low heat until thickened (approximately 4-8 minutes), whisking frequently.
5. Remove from heat and let stand 1-2 minutes.
